APTA Annual Meeting and Elections

Alligator Point Taxpayers Association annual membership meeting to be held on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Mission by the Sea Church on Alligator Drive, at 9:00 am.

The meeting will include election of officers and board members. Changes to the by-laws will also be considered.

Proposed by law changes are also on the agenda.

By laws changes will clarify the association geographic service area (changes were passed last year), an association name change to conform with the new service area, consolidation of the Membership and Elections Committees into one committee, reducing the quorum requirements for a membership meeting and providing flexibility in the ballot mailing process for future elections.

Ballots and bylaws changes have been mailed to the paid membership recently.
