Board Meetings

The board meets at 10:00 AM the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Mission by the Sea Church located at Alligator Point. Meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend.

Tourism Information

The Franklin County Tourist Development Council promotes Franklin County, Florida as a tourist destination through the natural, historical, and cultural resources with the goal of increasing the number of short-term rental bookings. Learn More

County Government

The county is comprised of 545 square miles and 348,800 acres making it one of the State's largest counties. Franklin County serves more than 11,000 residents. The County is governed by the Franklin County Board of County Commissioners. The Commission, which is the legislative branch of government, serves as the county governing board for the residents of the unincorporated areas. Learn More
