At the March 8th APTA Board meeting, Bill Kimbrough was appointed by the

Board to the position of Treasurer to complete Bob Burnett's unexpired term

which ends August 30, 2003. Bill is a financial and insurance consultant and

has served on the finance committees of several organizations.
