The linked dock ordinance was presented at a public hearing today. Due to the amount of comment, the County Commission asked Alan Pierce to solicit further public comment. Of particular interest to Alligator Point residents are the minimum canal width for a dock, numerous lighting regulations, lot size for permits and parking.
