Posted December 23, 2004 Alan Pierce Selected for Franklin County Administrator/County Planner Position Alan Pierce was selected as Franklin County Administrator/County Planner during a special meeting that was open to the public following the County Commission Meeting. Six people sent in resumes. To be further considered applicants were required to appear for the interview. Of the six applicants, Alan Pierce and Ken Schroeder were to present themselves.
