This ordinance will probably be voted on at the Franklin County Commission meeting at 5:00 PM this Tuesday, November 15th. at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex in Apalachicola.

Despite our best efforts and that of our attorney we were unable to get into the ordinance added protection on the future location of the fire station and any contribution of the developer to the improvement of the road east of Tom Roberts.
