Posted March 30, 2006 South Shoal Village Ordinance APTA is in receipt of the latest version of the South Shoal Village PUD Ordinance. At this time it is not known if the Franklin County Commission will vote on the ordinance at their next meeting April 4th.This version of the ordinance contains specific language that was not part of previous versions of the document. The ordinance cites Exhibits "A", "B" and "C". These Exhibits are not yet available.
