APTA President, Ken Osborne filed the following information resulting from the July 5^th Franklin County Commission Meeting. The meeting was held on Wednesday rather than the usual Tuesday because of the Fourth of July holiday.

Franklin County Administrator, Alan Pierce presented his report to the Franklin County Commission. Mr. Pierce’s remarks to the Commissioners are in black. Ken Osborne’s comments to APTA members regarding Mr. Pierce’s statements and Commissioner’s discussion are in red.
