Go to the Franklin County Supervisor’s of Elections web site to learn about Voter Registration and if you desire, How to Vote Absentee. Go to www.votefranklin.comClick on Supervisor of Elections To learn about registering to vote, Click on Registration Information To learn about Absentee Voting, Click on Voting Information and then Click on Absentee Voting All new registration applicants and party change requests must be received by the Franklin County Supervisor of Elections or postmarked on or before October 9, 2006 to be eligible to vote in the 2006 General Election, November 7, 2006.
