• A special thank you for a job well done to Bobby Williams, Bob Williams and Thad Brett who blocked off Alligator Drive and were the ones who removed the dirt berm so there was access to Alligator Drive. They should be commended for their efforts.

• Thank you Fire Chief Jeff Little, for coming to our aid in monitoring and assisting traffic.

• The storm high tide yesterday evening was much less than what was experienced early Monday morning.

• The County came in and put a base down to temporarily repair the side of the Alligator Drive damaged by Gustav.
