On July 21, 2009, a public hearing is scheduled to consider a request to amend the South Shoal Village PUD ordinance which would allow for the use of onsite aerobic wastewater disposal systems rather than an advanced wastewater treatment facility as was originally proposed. The public hearing is on the agenda for the Franklin County Commission Meeting that begins at 9:00 AM at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, Tuesday July 21^st.
