Posted April 1, 2010 Franklin County Emergency Management Office to Issue Re-Entry Tags for Residents Franklin County Emergency Management Office will have representative(s) in attendance at APTA’s General Meeting to issue re-entry tags for residents required to evacuate the Point ahead of a storm or other emergency. The tag hangs from the rear view mirror of your car to facilitate re-entry to your property by making it easier for police to recognize you as a resident.
