I.                   PROJECT OVERVIEW

A.                Project Purpose: City of Carrabelle and APWRD intend to cooperatively evaluate a mutually beneficial interconnected water system to serve current and future customers. The NWFWMD has identified the area of study as an Area of Special Concern and is funding this project in order to develop long-range options for regional water supply. The evaluation will include technical feasibility, economic feasibility and community acceptance.
